TALLINN, Estonia -- Estonian prosecutors have charged 11 men with fixing 17 matches, including three Europa League games. Public prosecutors office spokeswoman Katrin Lunt says the case was part of a betting scam that involved teams in Estonia, Lithuania and Ukraine. Eight of the defendants are players in Estonian clubs JK Narva Trans and JK Tallinna Kalev. They have been suspended pending the investigation. Narva officials did not immediately return calls seeking comment. A Tallinna official declined to comment.
